Resumen

A 15 years old female patient, with a right lower lobe pneumonia with 2 cavities is presented. Due to the high suspicion of bronchopulmonary sequestration, a helicoidal tomography was performed, which informed a possible nutrient vessel directed to the right lower lobe. The arteriography confirmed the presence of this nutrient vessel with the same diameter as the aorta. The patient did not present any haemodynamic compromise due to the pulmonary overload from the shunt made by this pulmonary sequestration. A revision of this matter is performed.
