Resumen

In this document, the low level of internal social performance and management of health and safety at work of Ecuadorian companies is determined through the declarations of the working population. The results obtained allow us to know the current panorama of the subject, making it impossible, in the short and medium term, to reach the desired culture of safety and ethics of healthy companies in Ecuador. It is advisable and necessary to continue developing future deeper studies.
