The study was carried out with a sample of 994 employees who worked in different com panies, it has a non-experimental cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach and correlational scope. Through a model of structural equations, the relationships between the study variables were established, and it was found that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant impact on Civic Behavior at the individual and organizational level.
