Resumen

The article presents the basis of a knowledge management strategy to achieve organizational learning in university institutions. The proposal is based on using knowledge as a resource that can be transferred to solve problems and stimulate the achievement of transcendent results. It proposes ways of introducing in the higher education the management of good practices, under the precepts of the intelligent organizations. The strategy is aimed at raising the efficiency of educational management in universities.
