Abstract
Class III is a complex management malocclusion, there are different currents of treatment related to the age of the patient; early treatment that takes advantage of the patient’s growth potential, and late treatment where the prediction of mandibular growth is easier to control. Objective: Compare the therapeutic options, determine which treatment achieves better results. Materials and Methods: Systemic review where information was collected from 50 articles in databases: Scielo, Redalyc, etc. Results: In the early treatment, excellent results are obtained with a face mask / Hyrax circuit breaker, in the late treatment, effective results are obtained with a face mask / bone anchor. Conclusion: There is not enough evidence to recommend the use of a specific technique due to the existence of a large number of variables.
