Abstract
This paper begins to clarify the relationship between employment and public investment analyzed under macro-social aspects through statistical information derived from secondary sources which result on quantitative and qualitative variables. The relationship between public investment and generating adequate employment through the impact of different stimulies, tools and instruments of the economic policy have been implemented in the development model during the period 2007-2016.
