Abstract
In the article they present the results of the application of a procedure that allowed to characterize the performance of the Cuban negotiator of selected companies according to the perception of the foreign counterparts that have relations with them, in addition the comparison is made with the ideal profile defined by experts and the perceived by the counterparts, which allows to identify the fundamental elements on which one must work to improve the performance of the same.
