With more than 25 years of experience in human behavior research, he has made valuable contributions in the analysis of factors that influence job performance and ethics in the organizational environment. His most recent studies focus on predictors of self-rated job performance and propensity for ethically questionable behavior. His work continues to impact the understanding of psychological dynamics within organizations and their influence on decision-making.
